May 25, 2016 · Abstract. This specifiion establishes the requirements for sheets and strips of copperzirconium alloys with Copper Alloy UNS No. C15100. The material for manufacture shall be a cast bar, slab, cake, billet, or others of such purity and soundness as to be suitable for processing by hot working, cold working, and annealing to produce a uniform wrought structure in the finished product.

The Bright Annealing of Stainless Steel Tubing
In engineering practice, the stainless steel tubing is usually bright annealed in dissociated ammonia, which is a medium cost furnace atmosphere providing a dry, carbonfree source of reducing gas. The typical composition of dissociated ammonia is 75% hydrogen, 25% nitrogen, less than 300 ppm residual ammonia and less than 50°C (60°F) dew point.
